Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital in Illinois is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, swallow and fluency disorders. You will evaluate patient needs, set goals, and plan and conduct treatment while collaborating with families and the health care team across all ages.

Registry, PRN and shift-based work with a pay rate of $50 per hour; weekdays and weekend hours apply.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in Illinois as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Previous SLP hospital experience required.
• Two years of hospital experience in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, swallow and fluency disorders.
• Evaluates the needs of assigned patients, establishes goals with the patient and plans and conducts treatment.
• Interacts with patient, family and health care team members across all life spans.
