Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Speech/Language Pathology program.
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Illinois.
• Holds and maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) as issued by ASHA.
• Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to inpatients and outpatients, including treatment, planning, implementation and related documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific speech-language pathology plans.
