Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Illinois. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in a SNF setting according to an individualized plan of care developed after evaluation.

The SLP will administer standardized assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, and develop and monitor treatment plans while communicating effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience administering standardized speech-language assessments and conducting swallowing evaluations.
• Developing and monitoring treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills for communicating with patients, families and the treatment team.
