Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food according to safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Ensures menu items are understood and explained accurately to staff.
• Monitors peak production and service hours and manages waste.
