Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA accredited program.
• Must hold Indiana licensure to practice as an SLP; OH license if providing services in Ohio.
• CCC awarded by ASHA or CFY under supervision is in process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using diagnostic and functional assessments to determine rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; document goals with measurable timeframes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other clinicians; participate in discharge planning and follow-up.
