Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years shuttle bus driving experience required.
• MGH Security RMV Check/Driving Report required.
• Excellent driving skills for shuttle buses and coach-type vehicles.
• Strong customer service and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus and passenger coach.
• Follow routes and communicate with dispatch about detours.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and traffic laws.
• Assist passengers with disabilities and boarding.
• Report emergencies or concerns to supervisor or dispatcher.
• Maintain knowledge of schedules and routes.
