Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to operate shuttle buses and coach-type vehicles on assigned routes. You will provide safe, courteous transport to passengers and adhere to schedules, traffic laws, and company policies from the Fleet Supervisor. This role reports to the Supervisor of Transportation.

Able to assist passengers, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch for detours or delays while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of shuttle bus driving experience required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and CDL endorsements.
• Excellent driving skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates shuttle bus/coach-type vehicles following routes and schedules.
• Maintain logs of passengers, trips, mileage, and vehicle inspections.
• Assist passengers with disabilities using the wheelchair lift.
• Communicate with dispatch for detours or delays and report incidents.
