Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Culinary basic skills training and Safe Food Handler Training preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited 2-year postsecondary culinary program preferred.
• Short Order Cook Trainee program or 2 years of grill cook experience required.

Mansioni

• Set up food prep area with par levels and equipment for efficient workflow.
• Prepare hot foods (grilled, sauteed, fried) according to tickets and orders.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and food safety standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and act as a role model for new staff.
• Maintain sanitation and personal hygiene per guidelines.
• Coordinate orders and manage multiple meals to meet 20-minute windows.
