Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees activities of subordinate security personnel to ensure safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
• Monitors in-house and contract security personnel for appearance, deportment, training, and performance.
• Ensures implementation of Hospital-wide Security and Safety program; recommends policy changes as needed.
• Trains hospital or contracted staff and verifies contractor adherence to contract terms.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
