Job summary

Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a security professional for on-site hospital coverage. You will patrol the campus, respond to dispatches, deter threats, and assist with de-escalation while prioritizing patient, visitor, and staff safety.

The role requires a HS diploma, valid WI driver's license, and training in DAAT/NIMS/S-100; weekend/holiday rotation applies. Prior leadership exposure is preferred and lifting 50 lbs is part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in security; 5+ years preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required for all shifts.
• Proof of training in DAAT and NIMS is required or feasible within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide security in/around the hospital, facilities, campus and parking structures.
• Respond to dispatch calls as a visible deterrent and assist with de-escalation.
• Investigate unusual circumstances and enforce security procedures.
• Offer shift leadership and direction in the absence of others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
