Froedtert Holy Family Memorial is seeking a security professional to protect patients, visitors, and staff across the hospital and surrounding facilities. The role emphasizes quick response to dispatch calls, de-escalation, and firm security enforcement on a 3pm-11pm shift with a 0.9 FTE basis.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of security experience, and completion of Froedtert-approved DAAT, NIMS/ICS training, and an FTO program within stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• 1 year security experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Training in Froedtert-approved DAAT and de-escalation within 3 months of hire.
• Must complete NIMS IS-700 and ICS-100 within six months of hire.
• FTO program completed within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide security in/around hospital, campus, and parking structures.
• Respond to dispatch calls; act as visible deterrent and assist with de-escalation.
• Investigate unusual circumstances and enforce security measures.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and walk/stand for extended periods.
