Job summary

Froedtert Health in Milwaukee seeks a hospital security professional to protect patients, visitors and staff across the campus, facilities and parking structures. You will respond to dispatch calls as a visible deterrent, investigate unusual circumstances, assist with de-escalation and enforce safety rules.

This on-site role offers a 9:45 pm–6:00 am shift, 40 hours per week. Candidates must have 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 1 year of security experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of Froedtert-approved DAAT/De-escalation training within 3 months of hire; must complete NIMS IS-700 and ICS-100 within 6 months; FTO program within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide security in/around the hospital, facilities, campus and parking structures.
• Respond to dispatch calls as a visible deterrent and investigate unusual circumstances.
• Assist with de-escalation and security enforcement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
