Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform hospital security patrols on foot or in vehicle, documenting observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restraining individuals as necessary within guidelines.
• Transport patients to the morgue and escort from helicopter pad to the ER as needed.
• Assist with evacuations during emergencies and emergencies.
• Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of incidents.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents and suspicious activities.
