Bryan Health seeks a Hospital Security Supervisor to lead security officers across Bryan East and West campuses. You will oversee daily operations, ensure post coverage, and report incidents to protect patients, visitors, staff, and providers.

You will supervise shifts, support performance management, assist with training, and respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies with calm, professional leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare or security setting required.
• Leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Management of Assaultive Behaviors training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of hospital security officers on assigned shift.
• Assist in training of hospital security officers and review procedures.
• Observe for signs of crime, disorder, hazard, and unusual activity.
