Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice preferred.
• Experience in hospital security or customer service is preferred (3-5 years).
• Ability to obtain applicable licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Patrols assigned areas and focuses on high-risk zones to prevent theft, injuries, and damages.
• Investigates thefts and incidents, questions individuals, notifies authorities, and may detain suspects; participates in court proceedings as needed.
• Prepares complete incident reports and logs; communicates with supervisors; maintains evidence and confidentiality.
• Operates security dispatch systems to coordinate responses and assists in medical emergencies or restraints when authorized.
