Job summary

Qualifications

• GA Driver's License and current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of military, police, corrections, or private security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the facility and grounds and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Initiate investigations of security or risk incidents and document findings.
• Participate in drills and training per policy and regulatory standards.
• Respond to incidents involving disruptive individuals and assist hospital staff.
• Assist new officers with training and provide guidance as needed.
