Responsibilities

• Make routine and random patrols of facility and grounds.
• Respond to incidents and document findings daily.
• Initiate investigations on security or risk management incidents and report findings to supervisor.
• Participate in training drills and proper documentation of drills per NGHS policy.
• Assist with access control, safety escorts, and incident support as needed.
• Develop de-escalation skills and assist with emergency procedures.
