Job summary

MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization's Spring Harbor Hospital in Westbrook, ME seeks a Manager of Security Services to lead day-to-day security operations. The role is full-time, daytime shifts, responsible for translating regional security strategy into actions across the hospital campuses.

You will ensure program alignment with policies and SLAs, work with site stakeholders, and guide a team to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required; CPP, CHPA, IAHSS certifications valued.
• Five years' experience in law enforcement, private security, or the military.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate site and regional security strategy into tailored approaches.
• Deliver a comprehensive physical security program at Spring Harbor Hospital and campuses.
• Ensure alignment with system policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide support to site stakeholders and meet service level agreements.
