Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to operate radio/console monitors.

Responsabilités

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle and document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restrain when necessary per guidelines.
• Escort patients as needed and monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entries.
• Respond to emergencies, evacuations, and alarms; file detailed reports.
