Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed to patrol a hospital facility on foot or in a vehicle, handling access control, CCTV monitoring, and detailed reporting. TB testing and drug screening may be required per policy.

Applicants must have a High School diploma, a California Guard Card, and at least 2 years of related experience in security or customer-facing roles. Training certificates must be current; shifts include afternoons, evenings, and overnights across all days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current California Guard Card and related training certificates required.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or protective services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hospital patrols on foot or by vehicle and document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation; restrain when necessary per guidelines.
• Escort patients as needed and support evacuation procedures.
• Monitor entrances/exits and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
