Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed to patrol hospital grounds on foot or by vehicle, monitor access, CCTV, and alarms, and prepare incident reports. This role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and at least two years of related experience; a valid driver's license is needed if driving company vehicles.

TB testing and vaccinations may be required. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid driver's license if operating company vehicles.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or by vehicle and document observations.
• Assist in de-escalation of situations and restrain individuals as needed within policy.
• Transport patients to the morgue or escort them from helicopter pad to the ER.
• Assist with evacuations during fires, medical emergencies, or disasters.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire in emergencies and monitor entry/exit points.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain required logs.
