Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management as required.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Document observations and patrol activities and report to supervisors.
