Qualifications

• Must hold a New York State Security Guard License.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors per site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and reporting of suspicious activity.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
