Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and reporting suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain communication with site contacts and leadership.
