Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following healthcare facility protocols.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management per site requirements, report concerns to leadership.
Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate actions to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
