Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of Tennessee or applicable location.
• Minimum of 1 year security-related experience.
• Required hospital vaccinations are up to date.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue and handle restraining situations if needed.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively within a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including interiors, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report any unusual activity to site leadership.
• Complete all required security reports and maintain accurate logs.
