Allied Universal in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Security Officer (Unarmed) for a hospital setting. You will monitor and patrol areas, deter incidents, support access control, and communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and staff.

This role requires hospital vaccine compliance, ability to work in a hospital morgue, and the capacity to restrain when needed. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and contractors following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in a professional and compassionate way.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate hospital personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management procedures, directing individuals to appropriate departments while maintaining a professional and compassionate presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements and Allied Universal procedures.
