Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal, state, local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence at a healthcare location, greeting patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Monitor access and verify visitor information; issue credentials as applicable; direct to departments.
• Observe front desk activity and security systems; report unusual conditions; deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and concerns; coordinate with healthcare personnel and responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation; protect confidentiality.
