Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Complete required security training, certifications, and shadowing to learn hospital policies and procedures.
• Security Operations (Under Supervision): Assist with patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and drills while gaining hands-on experience.
• Safety & Risk Awareness: Identify and report hazards and support safety initiatives.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare incident and activity reports while learning documentation practices.
• Professional Conduct & Teamwork: Uphold hospital values and work under guidance to develop into a full Security Officer.
