Tarian Group is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer to support safety and security operations at a hospital site in Burlington, MA. The role includes patrols, monitoring, access control, and assisting patients, staff, and visitors.

The position offers on-site work, competitive hourly pay, and a full benefits package. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required, with licensing as applicable. Heavy lifting and driving duties may apply.

Formación

• A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
• Previous work experience with the public in a service setting.

Responsabilidades

• You will conduct the following responsibilities upholding Tarian’s commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.
• Our Healthcare Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors -- and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
