Job summary

Tarian Group is seeking Healthcare Security Officers to uphold safety at hospital sites, protecting staff, patients, and visitors while deterring unlawful behavior. You will support client expectations and adapt to site-specific requirements within a diverse, inclusive team.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, patrols, and incident response in a fast-paced hospital environment, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and service. A pre-employment check and license readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving guidelines if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors; serve as a visible deterrent to illicit activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
