Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Immunization records required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hep B, TB (dated within 90 days of employment), Covid (boosters if eligible), Flu (current year).
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital security and safety for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Manage access control, camera monitoring, and patrols.
• Assist nursing staff with constant observation of patients and, when needed, restraints to prevent self-harm or harm to others.
• Record and report patient behaviors to Nursing Team during shifts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
