Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Hospital Customer Support role in Cleveland, OH. You will protect patients, visitors, staff, and facilities while delivering courteous service in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, or violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete incident reports and logs in accordance with site procedures.
