Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time, Unarmed) to support the Cleveland, OH hospital location. You will monitor, patrol, and deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

This role offers flexible day shifts, a clear set of duties, and opportunities to grow within a leading security services company. Prior security or customer service experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license may be required for some posts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff at hospital premises.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital areas and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, report hazards, and document incidents clearly.
