Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Hospital Security in Cleveland, OH for a part-time role. You will serve patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting, patrol facilities, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a visible security presence.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to meet hospital vaccine requirements, and the ability to work in a hospital morgue. CPR is preferred and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations to supervisors.
