This full-time position requires at least 2 years of security experience, 21+ age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and hospital vaccination compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and under protocol.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and access control.
• Document incidents and daily activities; communicate with site leadership and responders.
