Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Hospital Patrol in Baltimore, MD. The role offers fixed and optional shifts with a base schedule and opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our platform.

You will ensure safety, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in a hospital setting, earning a competitive hourly wage and benefiting from flexible scheduling and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; experience with security procedures is a plus.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening and directions.
• Document observations and actions and communicate information to site leadership.
