Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of Law Enforcement, Military, Security Officer experience or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with MA driver’s license and four years driving experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal with stressful/emotional situations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and assist employees, visitors, and patients.
• Respond to incidents, complaints, alarms, and create detailed written reports.
• Direct traffic and enforce parking regulations per policy.
• Assist clinical staff with patients while maintaining safety as a priority.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation with precision.
