St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Security/Maintenance Associate to patrol hospital grounds, protect staff and visitors, and respond to security alerts and disasters.

The role involves incident documentation, daily reporting, and collaboration with fire and disaster teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and mechanical aptitude for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or related fields preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Mechanical ability related to maintenance tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols hospital property to ensure safety for patients, visitors and staff.
• Responds to security alerts, fires and disasters as part of the security team.
• Investigates incidents and documents findings on incident reports.
• Maintains daily activity reports and logs.
• Locks/unlocks buildings across the campus and supports fire/disaster response teams.
• Enforces parking policies and greets customers with a professional attitude.
• Performs decontamination procedures and uses PPE when required.
• Assists with routine maintenance checks and basic equipment upkeep.
• Works safely alone or with others and respects confined spaces and weather conditions.
