St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center is seeking a Security Access Specialist for a flex, variable schedule role. You will screen visitors, assist with security, and help guests navigate campus services while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 years’ experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Screen and monitor arriving and departing guests for security threats under direct supervision.
• Assist Security in assessing potential threats using de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution.
• Greets guests and provides information regarding activities and locations of departments, offices, and services.
• Identify guest needs regarding golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services.
• Handle basic issues and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Record visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and badge visitors as appropriate.
• Open passenger doors and assist guests with bags; assist with valet services as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
