Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English.
• 1+ year food service or customer service experience.
• CBORD experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients, nursing and family members to obtain meal choices and enter into CBORD.
• Enter and update meal selections/orders in CBORD and ensure current diet orders are accurate.
• Deliver patient nourishments, snacks and tube feeding products; maintain clean work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned; may cover Room Service Call Representative as needed.
