Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of hospital RN experience required.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate commitment to the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct by following policies and attending training.

Responsibilities

• Administrative representative for the organization when administration is not present.
• RN supervisor shall oversee and guide nursing employees under their supervision.
• Interact with hospital staff and ancillary departments regarding patient care, concerns, and conflicts and assist in resolutions.
• Maintain performance skills and compliance with all policies and procedures.
