AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a hospital content expert on performance improvement projects, accreditation and safety. You will participate in quality initiatives, assist with data management, review medical records, and organize meetings to drive evidence-based practices.

You will prepare reports for medical staff and leadership, facilitate grievance processes, and handle regulatory correspondence with attention to safety, cost and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare performance improvement or project management.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, patient safety, Peer Review or OPPE.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a hospital content expert on performance improvement projects, accreditation, and safety.
• Manages data management, performance improvement, medical record review, and meeting organization.
• Maintains daily screening for inpatient admissions and ensures core measure safety.
• Plans, implements and monitors interventions to ensure evidence-based practices.
• Prepares reports for medical staff and leadership meetings with diplomacy.
• Facilitates patient grievance processes and directs inquiries for follow-up.
• Handles sensitive regulatory correspondence and follow-up drafting as needed.
• Participates in cost-benefit assessments, efficacy studies and product evaluations.
