You will lead training on prior authorization, billing, appeals, and hospital collections, with emphasis on HIPAA terminology, CPT/ICD codes, payer contracts, and Epic usage. The role demands strong teaching, leadership, and data analysis skills to improve performance.

Formación

• Experience teaching revenue cycle topics to staff and new hires.
• Strong knowledge of hospital claims denials and CPT/ICD codes.
• Ability to interpret payer contracts and apply ERISA guidelines.
• Proven leadership and curriculum development skills.
• Skilled with Epic and electronic eligibility tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, and present training for Revenue Cycle staff.
• Lead classroom training and create training videos.
• Teach CPT/ICD codes, modifiers, and payor contracts.
• Monitor trainee progress and update curricula as needed.
• Analyze performance data to drive improvement.
