Daniels Health is seeking a Full-time Field Service Representative to join our team and support hospitals across Michigan with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job—you'll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.

The position is based at hospital facilities in Michigan with a proposed M-F schedule and early morning hours. Responsibilities include safe container exchanges, servicing containers in clinical areas, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
• Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas.
• Lifting containers up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 300 lbs.
• Maintaining inventory of containers and stocking areas.
• Using company smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

What will your job involve?

Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation. Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas-this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients. Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day. Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized. Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team. Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service. Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
