Job summary

Daniels Health is hiring a Full-time Field Service Representative to support hospitals across Illinois with medical waste services. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving between sites and performing container exchanges.

You will work with hospital staff to service containers, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull carts up to 300 lbs, manage inventory, and use a company smartphone to report issues and coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for field roles and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to travel across Illinois and work multiple sites.
• Detail-oriented with paperwork and procedures.
• Reliable transportation and able to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including entering procedural spaces and working around equipment and patients.
• Lift containers up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs during the day.
• Maintain inventory of containers and ensure areas are stocked and organized.
• Use a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with the team.
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

What will your job involve?
