Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our patient-focused care team. You will manage multi-channel communications, answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate scheduling under the supervision of clinical staff.

Competenze

• One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidentiality.

• Provide hospital telecommunication services via phones, pagers, paging system, radio or computer to connect visitors, callers, staff, patients and families.
• Maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance calls, on-call schedules, pages).
