The role involves coordinating with Care Center Intake Counselors and staff to verify benefits, arrange admissions, and support the admission process in a private psychiatric hospital serving North Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human-related field preferred.
• Experience in a hospital intake department or business office preferred.
• C.N.A. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive referral calls, obtain demographic information, and refer or schedule assessments.
• Process requests for information and external referrals.
• Complete pre-certifications as needed.
• Assist in arranging admission and verification of benefits with the business office.
