Tenet Healthcare seeks a Process Improvement professional for DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Services Administration, Operations Analysis, Business Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Three years experience in healthcare, quality management and the application of continuous improvement methodologies, tools, standards and guidelines.
  • Experience providing clinical patient care in a hospital setting as a nurse, therapist, technician etc., strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hospital-wide quality improvement programs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Involve appropriate personnel and develop, test and implement decision-support techniques for clinicians.
  • Provide guidance on quality improvement measures and assist in compliance with JCAHO and other standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop clinical pathways and tools for improving quality of care.
