Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• 6 months to 1 year preferred experience in security and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to stat requests, emergencies, or disasters issued by Public Safety Desk Officer.
• Document all incidents and respond promptly to calls.
• Complete incident reports legibly and submit with supporting documents by shift end.
